I'm finding heists frustrating, I only get a few hours of PS time a week and at odd time - 8-10am this morning for example waiting for a job to start.
I'm still trying to complete the Fleesa job, the first complete of times it crashed, but with the latest update it seems okay - alllllll I have to do is drive from home, to bank, back to Lester's place and home again - 3 attempts on this unfailable mission - every time I tried to do it, auto-invite would land me some level 19 child with ADHD who'd get bored of following instructions and either flip Lester's car somehow or just quit because 180 seconds on not killing is too long.
Finally finished it, Heists - much like the normal missions - unless I'm online at the same time as the rest of PH are better done alone, it's a shame you can't.

Staring down the barrel of the same situation - finishing my contract at the end of March and with nothing else to move on to going to be sinking some time in to this! Given Rockstar will probably have shut down all the money glitches by then, are there any other quick ways to get cash online, or is it just missions?
Yeah the heists are like raids in other MMOs. You either need to find a group of people who play at the same time as you or have a lot of patience and hope to luck into a group that will work.
The heist leaders are also encouraged to cherry pick their crew from people they know will not die and will commit to the heist finale no matter how many attempts it takes.
We are going to be pretty split for a while when groups start forming to do the all in order and same crew challenges.

Easy money just picking up on the trillion requests from randoms to duck into there set-up mission, if they are crap just do the one with them and earn a quick £20k. Unless of course you want the same crew and in order bonuses
