Sorry for the double post I am on my phone. Linked up 2 HV arrays to the mfsu at the factory. It's abit messy but I didn't have much time before work. Hopefully that should power everything alright, I've not done my maths but there's more HV arrays available anyways. Hope it reduces lag once all the geothermals have been removed.

Good work on the HV panels Chewy!
Will crack on with making an MFSU factory today.
And remove the GTGs.

The lag seemed to spike a lot last night when I was on. It'd be fine for a while but then for a minute or so it would lag like crazy.

Are you going for a nuclear reactor or HV array farm for the factory?

Chewy i think your factory is borked. No arrays are being made though youhave enough MV arrays and it's the HV transformer supply that is the issue. i am trying to trace it at the moment. at first glance the HV cable is not getting any rubber, yet the extractor is full of it...

Already got a nuclear reactor under my house and it's ok. I think it's all those geothermal array setups sending lava cells and coals back and forth. I have taken them down at the factory now thanks to Chewy's HV solar arrays, though sadly 3 is not enough to power the factory and the mass fabricator, but a 4th array would fix that so am reluctant diabling the mass fabricator to fix a temporary problem.

I cannot tell if the lag has improved or not as i never had any issues anywhere. But please let me know.

Chewy, I found the problem at the factory. you didn;t set the HV cable recipe and all the rubber went to copper cables. I have connected up the rubber from the bit that does gold cables to share capacity and it promptly made me an HV array. I also set the filter that pumps the refined iron out of the induction furnace to do pull stacks of 64 at once. this allows the furnace to utilise both output slots and effectively doubles the refined iron output, thus doubling the machine block production speed. Until the iron ingots run out at least.

Right the HV array factory has been fixed and optimised now. Its running on a 1sec timer to produce as fast as possible but it is going to run out of resources. I topped the condensers up with EMC and we'll see how she goes. They've been popping out around every 20-30mins. Please dont touch the machinery, someone must have accidentally changed the HV cable recipe that ceased production over night.

Adding chickens? It's took me several days to notice the ones hiding in my water and oil storage! Grrrr!

Is that it? I was at least expecting chickens. Fail.

Your machine area has turned into a huge lag monster too, every time the pipes flash I lag momentarily. You getting the same?

Sometimes it is a lot more laggy then other times. There's a lot of items in the tubes but its not as laggy as the factory. I also don't think it helps all running from one timer, The current has lots of tubing to go through which all interconnects etc. I know timers lag but I think the size of the factory run from the one timer is a problem. Once we have a full stack of panels I am going to remove it anyway. It was a learning exercise anyway; I know how to do it now and can overhaul the design.

After my exams I am going to look into seeing how compact it can be made at a rural location away from all the current lag. It will use very minimal tubing and what tubing there is will connect to incinerators to stop the build up of items in there. The main focus will be lag reduction.
