well i originally aimed to get it like in real life so the 30 secs equates to a drive through penalty but i do see the point your making kiseca and like anything new there's teething problems so lets say 20 for a crash and 5 for cutting corners?

If possible, could the ballast rules be reconsidered? As I understand it, ballast will carry over to future circuits. I find it a bit excessive, could the ballast simply apply to race two and not carry over to future rounds?

Clearly, I have a particular interested in this. wink I don’t mind if the ballast rules can’t be tweaked, but it seems like a never ending spiral if one happens to win.
nah no change smile, it helps keep the fastest guys within range of everyone else which i thought you would like as it makes it more of a challenge smile

I expect so smile
well tbh none of my cars were picked for their laptimes but they were picked because i liked the way they handled and looked so season 4 is all about fun now as i think ive reached the highest position i'll ever reach with the fast drivers kicking about smile

Personally, I need every advantage I can get so I am not complaining, but I guess it's only fair to say that I am in the 1:36s on mediums, so something isn't quite right as I don't expect to have thatkind of advantage over you, especially if the Deep Forest times are considered. Are the yellow hatched areas just before and after the last tunnel part of the track?
yup yellow areas are part of the track, going to do some re-testing because it shouldnt be that slow

edit: just tested them again and still getting similar times so i think its just me as trial mountain always seems to be my bogey track where i always seem off the pace.

Cool that's fine, I was reading the rules and was surprised at the new ballast rules. smile
some times i was convinced you didnt remove the ballast from the previous week last season because even with ballast you were still quick smile

I run auto if I am on the pad too. On the other hand, I also wouldn't see Colin for dust. I can't even match his pace with a wheel, though Trial Mountain is looking encouraging biggrin

EDIT: In the replays it also looks like F1 uses a pad, though that could just be PSN frame rates and so on.

maybe thats why we seem to have a few battles kiseca smile

i always thought f1 ran a wheel as he tends to beep his horn when going round corners but i could be wrong
