Some more detail is on GT Planet but one thing of interest though is that the fully animated pit crews that have been seen in the videos shown so far.... they are actually in the game!! (which is quite sweet)

5th March 2010..in JAPAN they estimate March for Japan and will be around Summer 2010 for the US, which will mean roughly September - December 2010 for Europe as we get everything last

I have heard it was going to be December 09 planned for an xmas relese but then the last time I looked they were saying it was going to be this Friday!

Can't say I'm surprised, unfortunately GT is a labour of love for Polyphony and they absolutely positively will not release it until it's done. Seeing as they have a pretty decent record however (4 full driving games, 4 masterpieces) I'm still willing to wait for this one. With Uncharted 2, Modern Warfare 2 and MAG due out before then, I'm sure I'll find plenty to keep me going. I'm certainly not going to do anything rash like buying a 360 to play Forza Floaty Motorsport.

Who has said we will get it last quarter of 2010? Nobody but you (several times). Nothing official at all. In fact Polyphony have hinted that they wish to "world release" games (as they are doing with GT PSP) so who it to say they wont do that with GT5?

ps. I believe Europe have got the last few GT games before the USA anyway?
