I had the same happen with a random a while ago. He kept killing me and would then steal my bike... (Christ, I sound like a 6 year old). Got my own back though. We called it quits when it was my 12 kills to his 5... So i now lost a good few grand out of my bank

protip: in SUV races use something with sirens (park ranger?) traffic moves! Also you can have a pink park ranger!

Got my own back as the coppers then shot him so i nicked the car he was in and sold it to make the money i lost back)

ked Had a few strange games this evening. Two guys in two cars started following me. I made a deliberate late turn, so did they. So I knew they were looking for the kill. I turned into a car park and then open fired as they pulled up and got out. They killed me and destroyed my car, all because they flanked me. So well done. I was beat. I spawned back and threw some grenades. They both drove off. I gave chase and they left the game. I don't mind someone attacking me, but leaving? Defeats the purpose surely? That does annoy me. I followed them into the next lobby and they left. Must purely be stat wes. I gave up after that.
Then another followed me after I delivered the special car. Killed me and we had a fire fight. I kept killing him and he quit.
So how do you handle the encounters with other players. Generally I won't fire, unless they follow me, or are coming in my direction slowly. I try to go on the other side of the road if driviing past and most people keep their distance. If they shoot, then it's fair game. :-)

I don't mind. As I'll have a shoot back and go about my day. If I'm killing someone a few times in a row I leave them be. Unless they've been an idiot. No need to kill me once I've delivered the car. During the delivery where it tells everyone that you have it, then fair enough. That's the point. It's suppose to be a challenge. I've chased a few people down and then they leave it alone. lol
i dont trust anyone haha. i think a killed a ph'r earlier which i felt bad about, i was standing beside my car when another guy pulled up, got out his car and started walking towards me with his gun in his hand, i didnt know what he was planning so i pistol whipped him and ran away. it was only when i looked who was in the game i saw a ph'r
i thought car mods unlocked by level, but seen you have to do races, been quite lucky in that regard, out of 8 races i have won 7. if you avoid the first corner mayhem which happens in every racing game, you should generally win. all though the catch up feature can be abit annoying when your winning, you almost feel your car slow down and watch the dots get closer on the map. you need to win so many races though to unlock the good stuff.
i would definitely armor your car as soon as you can, you seem to get killed so quickly in your car especially with the auto aim so strong which makes it easy, but armoring the car should buy you some time to get away.
ive signed off for tonight in the full preperation that my character will be gone tomorrow. level 15, with 200k in the bank. me and a mate done the violent duct mission a good 10 or so times untill we got bored.

I've got the armour on the car and the bullet proof tires. Also have a sniper rifle. So when people stop at a distance to stalk me I just pick them off. It's fun now when I can make people back off, but I imagine that when people unlock the grenade launcher, RPG etc it will be pointless as you'll be blwon up at each junction.
I haven't joined any PH games yet, but if I do kill you in a game just message me on here and I'll pay the $100 (GTA online dollars) back as unfortunately you can't see the clan tag until you look at the players list.

I sometimes do something like that...instead of killing them when they follow me, I bait them into chasing me around half the map, I'll slowly get to my garage door making them think I've ended up in a dead end, once they start shooting I'll drive into my garage es. then I'll come out the front door in passive mode, flip them the bird, wait for them to get in car to ram me and I'll get back into my apartment just before they can hit me with their car I do this when I see on map there's 2 up in a car killing people, I'll check what Rank they are, if they are mostly below 10, I assume they won't have grenades, so my trick in coming out my front door and flipping the bird works.
I keep doing this till they leave, once they leave I'll chase them again in my car, ram them, and start again
This gives me around 20mins of messing about, then I'll get back into a mission...
Thinking about it...I think that's why I get kicked from free roam about 5 times a day
