The lag is server side.. part of EA's continual server patching and nothing to do with Win7, which is the best OS to come from MS yet IMO. EA fix one thing then break another - we've had nearly fifteen server-side patches in a month and a half and the game still doesn't have half the functionality that it was supposed to have.. we can't even reserve slots yet as the code doesn't work
If you guys want to play the oldschool maps, you are welcome to use my FUBAR 24/7 32 slot server as that is all we are currently running.

I had it - when you start up the game - log out of Battlelog (top right) and then log back in - solved it for me and many others going by the forums.Anyone else got this problem?
Hope it works - it's incredibly frustrating!
Btw - did you get the update on your Battlelog wall saying it was now available?

Just did that... logged in and out of battlelog and it's working!Hope it works - it's incredibly frustrating!

I did think of logging in/out but didn't think it was that easy! stupid.
When trying to join people in-game It prompted me to buy the expansion pack - i figured the first transaction hadn't gone through and have paid twice... now trying to get a refund!!
Played an awesome 2 hour long round on Operation firestorm tonight.
Well it would have been awesome if my game hadnt crashed 2/3rds of the way through the round when I had the top score in the server and had held it from the start without anyone coming even close to my score. Needless to say when I rejoined I had to start from scratch and lost everything including my rank up and awards.
Then Foobes decided to join and proceed to stalk me with his sniper rifle. Wookie b
d
