GT5 Championship - season 8 - "fuel issues"
Discussion
My rule on the tyres is as I said last night if you run a mix that counts towards the softer choice and you still have to run the harder as a set.
I can't see the advantage over a stint or two as IMHO a full set of softs would be ultimately quicker (flip I know you a crazy cat who likes the left field tactics) but for the majority I guess this is true.
If its an issue ill re-write the rule for next seaon banning it it as bill says its not unlike running a lesser spec car etc
Ian combo confirmation time? (Are we running it from recommended list?)

I do like to see what's possible
So we can infact run the lesser tyre as both of our choices (so one compound)? Just adds another dimension to the strategy available
No - you would have to run at least front or rear of the softer compound to comply with my law So we can infact run the lesser tyre as both of our choices (so one compound)? Just adds another dimension to the strategy available
Mixed = fine (but counts to the softer option)
running only one compound even if hard does not comply
PS table updated on p1

Hehe yes indeed quite right Evo :-) That was meant to have read that hard tyres on the rear... being specific to the front drive (urgh) combos. I don't say this often but the last thing the Elise needed was more oversteer!
I'm not angry just disappointed at you billyGassing Station | Video Games | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
