I meant that in a nice, caring way! hehe

Or you can drive using the pad and go considerably faster than you did on the wheel wink

Combo looks a good one. Who works ballast -norbs? God help you

Update from me took 1st proper steps today with aid of Zimmer frame. Hard going and very sore but managed to repeat it this afternoon - knackered now. But it's a start of a long process.

Good man Dice, that's pretty quick to be up and moving.

We guessed the ballast last week, although I forgot that it was meant to be for the top 4 so only the top 3 had it. Isn't the ballast meant to be approx 10% of the car weight?

Oh and is it 60 miles per race or 50?

60!miles per race

Ballast I used the following depending on power to weight

1st 11 - 14.5%
2nd 8 - 10.5%
3rd 6 - 9%
4th 4 - 6%

Something like that from memory

Well, yes, I was pointing out the fact that Mr Duke had quoted himself without adding anything, but I guess the moment has passed now! However, it does indeed appear I am having quoting issues - pesky mobile device.

I know hehe.

I'd edited Gs post to include rain and comfort tyres.

Bloody hell Dice. Mean looking fracture. From the sounds of it I am glad you are still with us.

Hopefully you are still up for a beer on the rugby tour in mid April.

Thanks Rex. Yeah very lucky, if I hit the car head on it would have been curtains. Hope so mate depends on how my recover goes.

Best news though champs - I'm leaving hospital today. Can't wait to get home.

I will say this. Given how close this was and seeing my daughters face over past few days, that's it for me and bikes. I've def used my 9 lives and its time to stop

Pleased to hear your going home today Dice, bet the family are pleased you're coming home.

In regards to calling it a day with bikes I think it's a wise move, I'd do the same tbf. I bet spending time with the OH and your daughter post accident has really put everything in perspective.

Get well soon pal, keep us posted with your progress.

Gents... Will post up suspension tune later. Got a nice supple set up which works well with the bumps.

Tyres will be racing meds and hards

Gearbox set to 205mph
