Can you get a rear view mirror in the out of car view?
I have a steering wheel button mapped to "look behind" which I constantly press throughout the race as I couldn't live with myself if I took out Ian or FWD or one of the other super fast bunch.
I've then got two other buttons mapped to "go left" and "go right" which are only any use if people have car lables turned on...

Out of car view? I tend to sit inside the car I'm driving
I use in car view with the rear view mirror and use 2 buttons on the wheel to look left and right, pressing both gives a rearward view, helpful when dobbo and I were having a drag race up the hill from Tosa

Another hugely entertaining race
I managed to qualify 7th with a 2:07:04 and had a brilliant start which took me to 4th by the first corner. Unfortunately I could see Yogi's 911 right behind me and he did just nerf me under braking so I spun into one of the tyre piles and ended up in 17th That's racing
Something was very minorly damaged as turning right was ever so slightly 'wrong' from this point on, but luckily the track is mostly left handers. The next few laps were a blur as I gradually caught and passed people, into 6th place by lap 3 and up to 2nd by lap 8 as people came in for pit stops.
The best bit of the race for me was catching Andy, PVA and Adam all tussling on lap 6. Andy made a mistake and fell behind and I managed to nip past PVA and Adam. Holst was the hardest to pass, but he wasn't blocking, just sticking to the line and I had to wait for a long straight to get him.
At half distance I passed Davyboy when he pitted, but then watched him gradually reel me in by a few seconds every lap for the next 4 laps until I ion lap 12. Annoyingly I made a mistake costing 10 seconds right in front of him on my in lap when all along I was hoping he'd spin as he chased me, not knowing I still had to pit.
In the pits I took 3 laps of fuel and opted out of the suspension repairs then watched PVA, ADam and FWD come past, but when I came out I could see I was catching FWD so thought he must be damaged. I pushed as hard as I could (my fastest lap was lap 14) but agonisingly I finished 1.8 secs adrift.
Who knows what might have been if only I hadn't spun in front of Davy and on lap 1 after the nerf

Im now driving using the view where you can see the bonnet of the car.
The right ofset view in car puts me off, as does the steering wheel :P
I dont suppose you can change it to left hand drive? hehe
Definately easyer to pick up bracking points in this view, although its taking some getting used to. Ive bound buttons on my stering wheel to rear view and sides, so ill be even better at keeping the Gt75 guys behind me in the next race

It's us pesky GT76 guys you need to worry about
I prefer the bonnet view with rearmirror too and also have three buttons setup for left right and rearview (so I can watch the full glory of every overtaking move I make on PVA )
But seriously, when combining mirrors with the TAB labels on every car its really easy to work out who is lapping who and when to fight or give way to a car behind without taking both of you off the track

Results updated assuming two things;
1.) Dave Malings = Daveyboy
2.) Dangerous Mike got 1 point for fastest qualy in the 65 class.
Can be corrected if required, however I'm rarely wrong. (by rarely I mean all the time)
