Just read that ammo cache has 50% skill haste, so if true, this would be the most powerful asset for reducing time. The triage is 15% reduction and I dont know about first aid having a cooldown benefit. Stacking these from more than 1 agent would have been good to do but wasnt an option for me at the time.

Triage 15% cooldown proc's when healing an ally or yourself. Therefore if you have a group of four you can stack this four times by healing everyone.
As you can all then run in and out of the first aid radius everyone's skills are replenished after just a few seconds.
This equals constant stick bomb spam and thus drastically reduces the time needed to kill the APC.
Doing it solo healing station may be quicker, I'm not sure. But why would you do it solo when it can be done so much quicker with a group.
Go round all the vendors and buy cheap electronics gear to get skill up. You can solo hard in about 30mins with circa 40k skill. Ammo station should take 15-20secs to recharge sticky.
If you have the HE M44 you can use explosive bullets and mobile cover and some other talents to knock around 500k off at a time.
CM can be done quickly in a group when everyone gets into the rhythm, as above, healing and triage does wonders.
Just join a public group, chances are they're all doing it.
What cheese were you doing that involved no glitching through wall? The ladder one?
How they found that is boggling.
"deploy mobile cover here, go down ladder, enter cover, move to the ladder, switch to pistol... wait, what!.... empty your clip... wtf?... now climb the ladder..."
I thought it was a joke at first

Yes, I learnt my lesson from the first hard solo and bought cheap purple gear for the second challenging solo to get 38k, which was about my max, with skill mod slots as well. As you say sticky recharge is about 20s. Will redo it tomorrow on hard with the right kit this time - aiming for 30 mins. The ladder part is just weird. So you can shoot whilst the sticky recharges to further speed things up?
If you have an M44 that deals a lot of damage with explosive rounds you can deploy mobile cover and the use the talent that increases damage when moving from cover to cover. you cover to one of the walls, pop water for increased damage, equip explosive rounds and then use cover to cover move to your mobile cover (use tac link as well) and fire until your buffs run out. Then repeat this until all your ammo is up and then switch to ammo station and sticky bomb.

that's fine if you are inside the building. This cheese is outside the building with no cover and just an indication marker of where the target is!!

All missions can be done solo, I've yet to see any that forced you to join other players and I've been through the game twice now. I know you get messages suggesting you team up with people, but you can just walk into the mission area to start it then carry on going, no need to wait for the matchmaking to assign people to you.
I'm getting pretty bored of the division lately, hardly logged in all weekend.
The DZ still doesn't excite me and feels like I'm being forced into a PvP endgame. I pop in to do my DZ daily mission for the XP but, that is all I can stomach. The higher dmg weapons are still 15 DZ levels above me, too far away to really care about or work towards.
I did a little cheesing last week but, not nearly enough that there is nothing left for me to go after. But, the thought of a single room incursion with less variety than even the early missions doesn't really entice me either. Think I'll just buy the remaining Sentry stuff from the BoO vendor instead.
Daily hard missions are way too easy once you're past a certain point. Challenge missions are at about the right level but, the rotation of the same 4 missions is getting really old now! It would be nice if they at least introduced some modifiers or something so that we had to approach them slightly differently.

The rewards are just too little. I just had a 204 First Wave Vector drop with Vicious, Deadly and Adept which would be pretty good by anyones standards yet it still deals less damage than my 182 Vector 45 I crafted with Deadly, Brutal and Responsive when using the same mods. Headshots are some 25k less and body shots around 5k less. So it'll end up trashed like 99.9% of everything else.
