I read in another thread we've got a few active CS:S players here.

I've just got back into it myself and finding it another reason not to spend any time with the other half (along with the pub & pro-evo soccer).

What servers do you all use? I tend to just randomly hop into the one with the lowest latency.

Is it worth doing a server invasion for a giggle one night?

I would be up for this i play infrequently but always is a laugh what ever happens.

I've found Cs Source a bit of a hit and miss but seem now to play on a certain servers which i know are of a good level and retain the same guys every night of the week.

While up in Bristol I play three times maybe during the week,dont play on the weekends as i head back to Pompey tbh i wouldnt play as much but i dont have the girlfreind round to pester me and get me out the house more while up here.

Does anyone have a server they use regularly..

I tend to use the Grumpy Old Gits server. (IP address can be found at their website; www.grumpyoldgits.com). Variable standards (from crap, me!, to hitman-esque). good bunch of regulars and you get a good game on there.

My tag name is 'Why_wont_my_rhubarb_rise?'

I also use Rogue gallery too but not half as much.

Have you got the IP for the GOG server old chap? Their webby is down.

I can sometimes be found shooting people's teeth in on CS-Source. Either as 'Dogflaps' or 'MagicCatDeathRay'
random servers though - i just pick the one with the lowest ping. usually cs_office or de_dust2
