The kind that plug into your XBox / PS3.

Are they any good?
Does anyone have any experience of them?

Are these those weird stupid looking rocking things for 12 year old boys to sit on while the game makes it vibrate?

I had a shot of one this christmas. My 12 year old Girlfriends Nephew got given one and i kind of liked it. It had built in speakers and vibrated when a bomb or whatever went off. IMO it was good for someone of his age and the room doesn't have surround sound. Would i have one? No.

Re-read as: ' my girlfriend's 12 year old nephew', I suspect.

Lol, don't want to be admitting you have a 12 year old girlfriend on a public forum like this!

Personally, when I play games, I automatically lean forward towards the screen. It doesn't matter how far away i'm sitting, if i'm almost on top of the tv it makes no difference.
The gaming chairs are lean-back affairs, I couldn't play with any kind of level of decency if I was in one.

I suggest going to a shop and trying one out, then you will know if its right for you.
