'Racing Live' on iPhone/iPod Touch - anyone playing?

As per the title really - fiendishly addictive game and the best one yet for the iPhone/iPod Touch. Interestingly you don't actually race a car in the traditional sense, it's more like a racing management app so easy to play for 1 minute or 30 minutes.

Good luck - I'm sure there are some hints and tips around on the 'net, but I've not seen much. I'm on level 25 now and after a long spell of losing a lot, seem to be winning more now!

Ive started playing too, level 20 now with about 130 in my crew. Its a good game if you havent played any of those other games before!

Anyone got any tips to winning races, I seem to be about 50/50 at the moment, got 17 cars and 50 odd parts.

I'm on Level 27 with 40 crew (41 if you accept!) and 33 cars. As far as I can work out, the crew size is irrelevant - it's the amount of cars your crew can drive which makes you more likely to win.

I went through a patch of only winning 1 in 3 races, now I win 4 of 5 usually.

Check the specs of everyone you race - make sure they have less cars than you or you'll most likely lose. Also check their win/lose rate and judge if they are likely losers!

There dont seen to be many more car parts (im on level 20 and can only see about 4 ive not seen before)

Motorway?!

These are just guesses based on the images!

Yeh crew size is only relevant for missions that require certain sizes. But if you have say 100 crew but only 2 cars, you only race with two cars, so having lots of cars is important. I think also if you have say 30 cars, you should have 30 of the free (no upkeep) car mods. Just saving up for the 911 now!

I try to check specs of people I race, but what seems to happen is I click on their name, check them out, and when I go back to Race, theyre not there!

Yeah forgot about the looted ones! Just looking at your "My Garage" on here we have a similar taste, Viper and Gallardo in orange haha! Although you own a viper lucky man!

Just checked on that guy again, hes on level 83 an has a Veyron!

P.s do you actually own the plate V1PER? Just seen it on website in your profile, but wondered if its a show plate as its too perfect!
