Buying XBox Live points online?

Is there anywhere I can buy a Live Points online for instant use?
I set up my live account by buying the 12 months subscription from a store so it seems that I cannot just buy points via the marketplace as I have no credit card registered. I thought I could buy from an online store and have the code e-mailed over but alas it seems I have to wait until a bit of card turns up in the post which seems a bit backwards...
My intention is to buy extra Call Of Duty maps to tide me over until COD3 so if anyone has any opinion as to whether or not it is worth it please speak (type!) up!!
