A globular springtail (~2mm). Lots of these around, even through the cold weather. This one on the underside of a piece of bark. I've put out several pieces to attract them.

Still finding lots of springtails, but not much else. Looking forward to the warmer weather!

Back to insects! A wingless wasp, pretending to be an ant (about the same size)! Never seen one of these before:
