nice work, would have been great in that one if he had jus made that eye contact, the candid eye contact. What award? I was in scouting for years loved every minute of it, did my venture scout badge but discovered booze and women before going on to do the DoE

Last night I attended a gig in memory of a friends cousin who suddenly died earlier this year. The gig was a tribute but also a fund raiser for the wiltshire air ambulance.

I had been asked along to do the photography and as it was my first attempt at this sort of thing I was rather nervous but after a few pints got into the swing of things. The 70-200 is fantastic, the mk2 came into its own letting me shoot at 6400, even the 5dmk1 I took performed admirably at 3200.

hand held at iso 6400 I'd manually exposed. The slight blur is either the amount of beer I had or the IS

Was out with Jenn (no not having an affair) and testing out a new location for a shoot we have planned.

This was just trying out different lenses and angles when I snapped this which I am rather pleased with

As for strangulation shots, always best to belittle them, pick on their weakest point to get the real emotion out

well i meant toast girl but i do a lot of work with lads too, in fact, almost prefer blokes as its a much different challenge and the world is full of men that just shoot women.
