Some browsers try to automatically update http to https connections and on your site it fails. This is one of many reasons you want https support on your website.

Depending on who your hosting company is this is potentially an easy and free fix, given SSL certificates are available at zero cost to everyone these days.

One of these days I'll go https, but I have >14000 files on my website and I just know it'll go pear shaped if I try and fix.
