Camera hangs upside down.
I use something similar, except with quick release connectors to the base plate. I use it on my gimbal as well, but using screw in hoops to connect to rather than the baseplate. The setup stays at my hip when I'm not filming, and I don't have to carry it in my hands. One of those things that I wouldn't be without now.

I just made a slight mistake ….. there was two 9+ silver models available, I obviously clicked the one without the flash! The other one had one included and has now also sold.
