OK chaps, the last photo I got through was crap, this one is a bit better.
Can anyone make this look a lot better, my attempts at quick individual levels tuning have not been that great?
This one ate the little yellow submarine that was posted last time ;)

Nice starting image, btw (better than the other one) I really think we should all go back and take some more pics for you to start with....

This is what I'd do for starters, levels (on a new layer), duplicate layer with a high pass filter turned to hard light, then back off on the opacity...
But now, in doing so, there's a whole bunch of artefacts that spoil it and need work doing. So who'd do what to this?
