Looks good to me... I've got a boat load of shots that were done with bracketing with the intent on blending them to get better dynamic range. But currently LR doesn't have it unless you use extensions. I have an extension but its a bit cumbersome if you need to experiment.
Think I'll be switching to the CC subscription soon!

Watched a bit of Scott Kelby and RC Concepcion last night - they reckon, for good reasons, it'll run faster than 5 on older machines.
I only tried one panorama so far - three RAW D800 files - took ages because I pulled them off the server and a long time to export again, but inside LR the handling of the files and the adjustments to the newly created full size DNG were impressively easy on a four year old MBP.

OK - so, this evening I've had half an hour, downloaded the CC to my iMac and trialled another panorama (one I took in 2007 and I so remember the pain in trying to stitch it together manually!!!) and a five-element HDR. I have to say speed is very acceptable given the relatively large file sizes (although I have yet to push it to the limit and open 1000 images all at once
Absolutely pleased with both in terms of how easy these processes are. For the HDR, first look at de-ghosting and it seems to do the job. The only thing I have spotted which I need to work on understanding better is how to use the gradient tool in Develop mode with the new brush feature inside gradient to reverse the effect in the spires....

Seems a no-brainer if you're already a Lightroom fan - but if you're not there's nothing new to see, just move along in an orderly fashion......

It still pongs of HDR though... or was that the plan? It looks a bit like a 1960s postcard
yep, upgrade Lightroom and go backwards, unless you like things looking unreal. Are they a flock vultures on the right hand side, or a flock of dust bunnies? If so might want to investigate the spot tool as well. Bit thick me
what are the latest versions?
Are they...
Lightroom CC (2015) shows as '2015 Release Camera Raw 9.0' under About Photoshop Lightroom CC' menu? Nowhere does it say Lightroom 6.0
Photoshop CC (2014) shows as '2014.2.2 Release' under About Photoshop menu?
Why can't software manufacturers make it simple?

Can't vouch for the CC thing but Adobe have just released LR 6, available as a standalone perpetual license or as part of the CC subscription model.what are the latest versions?
