Recommend a Canon

I'm happy to buy new, or used from somewhere like WEX. I have around £400 to spend on a camera, it must be a Canon as I already have the 100-400 lens for it.

What would you recommend?

I looked at a 100D tonight, seems decent, is it? Currently brand new in John Lewis for £349.

How about a 7D? Used for around £350.

Is a 5D better than a 7D?

Thanks for all your replies. I will be going for the 7d. The 70d is a cracking camera, but it is more expensive, and that's a slippery slope- before I know it I'm wandering out the shop with all the to kit

The cameras work is quite varied-

Night shoots

Military aviation, mainly fast jets

Sunsets

Landscapes etc

The 100d caught my eye because it's so small and light, making it easier to carry up hills or around cities.
