..hope you find someone to do the write up, to leave black lines in the road and to create a horrible burning smell from the dust covers on their front brakes after an enthusiastic descent of one of the Alpine passes
wink
I can manage 2 out of 3 of these (and as i don't have any dust covers that's the black lines and write up sorted).

( although i might seek some contributions/pics/anecdotes from participants )

Well volunteered Max clap Don't worry about the lack of dust covers, Andy's were last seen smouldering in a litter bin at the bottom of the Petit St Bernard Pass hehe
Now all we need is Maffe's new boss to give him the time off so we get some more of his amazing photo's wink

Indeed, and looks like the rear gunners are growing in numbers - potentially?!
You'll definitely want me to be banished to the back in Tom's usual spot as the Griff's kinda loud... ears

Will be a last minute decision which car to bring as the Griff is about to have the body off & not sure how long it's gonna take.

Tim, if it were me (which I appreciate it isn't!) I'd wait to do the work on the Griff until after Spa Classic in May* and bring the S on tour. That way you can fully exploit the extra power of the Griff during the "Parade Laps" and have the chuckability of the S for the Alpine twisties wink

*Also Liam will have finished tweaking my S by then and he'll be able to satisfy his desire of working on a Griff (YOURS!) without me having to buy one!

Given a choice that's exactly what I'd do... unfortunately the MOT runs out early May & there's no way it's getting a ticket with it's Swiss cheese outriggers. (Yep, I did know they needed replacing when I bought it).

Or... given your superb organisational skills, any chance you could get them to bring the Spa Classic forward into April? laugh

Thanks Graham. That makes more sense. I'm thinking about packing a water pump as well.
Exactly the two items I was thinking of packing as well.

2nd Note to self - if there's a green S at the front of the convoy it could be Han and we're going to be travelling quickly or it's Mike and we're going to get lost hehe

You'll need a 3rd note to self Longers - if that green S in front turns out to be Mike, don't get too close in case of sudden/rapid stops. I nearly collected his recently re-built rear end in the Ardennes on last yrs tour when i locked up going in to a corner a little too hot!!! eekyikes

And you're trying to blame Mike for that?!! hehe
That's one good thing about being behind Han - he doesn't use his brakes much wink

No need Ian, all he wants is more pictures!
Or just insert the word "stainless" every so often.
That should do it! biggrin

I've just been reading up on Switzerland, apparently they drive on the right.
It saves confusion if we do likewise.

I shall be out practising tomorrow. yikes

I think that keeping to traditions are a good thing, so you guys drive on the left and give Han and me more space on the right side;)
