Finally the body is coming off
Discussion
So room is scarce here so the the body has to be back on to chassis before I paint the body so I decided to sort the bulk head out before it put the body back on the chassis.
The body itself is in pretty good nick to say how bad the chassis was although very little bolts came off in one piece lol.
This is the colour I'm going for its ford mondeo st state blue which is one of my old cars in this colour which I loved

For one horrible moment i thought you were going to paint over the column bearing
This is not a dig at those who choose for whatever reasons, time, facilities, ability, etc. to hand their car (and a very big cheque) over to a garage but it's great to see what can be accomplished in the "average" home garage
Column bearing was well and truly knacked so got myself a nice new shiney one. I've been lucky in the fact the car was pretty standard and had only small bodges done to it in the past.
I understand what you say about people being able to do these things in there garage if you have the skill set you can do wonders. we also need to remember those people who do this and don't even have a garage lol.
I must admit I've enjoyed almost every min of this rebuild.

Well done Tony ! You've come a long way since showing those pics of the rotten chassis I used Rustoleum on mine too as a top coat, brilliant stuff, comes highly recommended !
Keep up the good work and keep on enjoying the rebuild.
