Hello Everyone! Apologies I've been very off the radar the last few (OK 6) months! I've now made my triumphant return from America, and living in Chorlton, Manchester. Anyway - good news and bad news:

Good News: I am 75% of the way to re-creating a double garage at my Mum's house. This means the TVR can come out of hiding in a neighbours garage where it has been since Scotland 2011... and nestle happily next to the MG where it belongs

Bad News: America has made me broke. I had rather a lot of holidays...and this on top of a 3 car insurance bill is not keeping my bank manager too happy!! So sadly I'm going to have to miss out on this year However, I do intend to go to some of the England based weekend events. IF I can find the money to insure the car, and get it through an MOT . If not, I'll be in a slightly smaller, slightly orange, similarly loud midget Either way, hope to see many of you there

I'll be following all your progress with total and utter jealousy.

Thanks Tinks. Real shame you cannot make it. If your circumstances change let me know asap and I'll contact the hotels and see if they can fit you & Penny in - twin rooms are the ones which are hard to find, doubles should be easier

If anyone is interested, there is a 20% off voucher using code EC213 for flexicover direct travel insurance. Gold cover works out for me at £15 per person. Used them a few times but never had to claim and hope I never will so don't know how good they are from that side of things.
