Having lugged my camera gear all the way round Brands Hatch without taking any decent photos the other weekend, I decided to take a few snaps of Mel's car in the car park! What do you think?

Excellent photos!

I reckon that 2 & 4 would be good candidates for Sprint.

Who's the reflection in the door in number 3?

Superb pics and the car looks great, have you been taking polishing tips from MrSheen Mel??? I agree with Richard, there are a few candidates for Sprint there.

Wow!!! I've only seen the slides of my car and these are fantastic - time to change my profile photo methinks...

Thanks loads Ed - it's a great present (that's right it's my birthday today....) Am now officially the wrong side of 25....

No MrSheening, but the bonnet had a respray by the previous owner and I confess I haven't polished the car since I got it last October!

Thanks so much for your compliments - the car is looking well tasty and am still loving every minute of it. I have to say the S3 is a very photogenic motor.

Happy Birthday Mel...

Just to stand up for the birthday girl, I did ask her to move the car onto that empty bit of grass so it was in the sun - her parking before that was splendid!

Thanks Richard. I guess I can't complain too much - how's your motor these days?

Ed, third pic down. What lense length was that?
I see you are still having trouble with reflections too!

Yes... that's the only problem with photographing shiny cars!

I can't remember, but it was probably my 17-40mm.
