Christmas wrapping...wheels
Discussion
Couldn't afford wheel refurbishment at £70 a corner, so had some fun trying a temporary solution for £5 per corner to hide the poor interior and distract from the curbed rims....I'm sure you will hate it....but I like it.....for now.

...I will monitor how will this cheap plastic lasts this summer....before going for something really garish....

I think you've done a brilliant job there. Wonder how long they'll last. - may need a spray of lacquer to stop the edges from lifting
I agree, looks very nice and suits the Norfolk camouflage scheme of rape and kale green. Andy, you deserve a Blue Peter badge for your sticky-backed plastic efforts. Or, if you prefer, I could ask Jim to fix it for you!

Top Tip:
To get a better edge seal around the wheelnut recesses, hot freshly boiled eggs are just the job!
Simples!
If you keep reheating it, one egg is un oeuf.

Yep, you can even get a lovely Laura Ashley floral print amongst other patterns.
I think they also even do a chrome film. Smokin'!
That Glen is quite un oeuf thank you. Dont go all a la coque in the head now. I think they also even do a chrome film. Smokin'!

The very idea of Laura Ashley wheels...what will he think of next?

They would suit Porsches.

As the song goes: "I'm busy making plans for Nigel"...
I think that's a wrap!
