Seat belt mount modification
Discussion
I can supply the upper mounting adaptors as per Johns drawing, made in steel EN1A,but to get the price down would require at least one hundred being made, if we make say, 10 off then they would cost £29.75 each +vat and postage.
being mild steel they will need to be painted, or whatever finish you want, they could be made from stainless steel which when polished would look nice and shiney, and would not rust, but unless there is enough interest would be far to expensive to produce in small quantities unless the demand was high, but as this is a minor modification to stop the seat belt from twisting I may be wrong but it seems excessive for what is being achieved, .
but if you want some, send me an e-mail.

Guys! I continue to be heartened by the spirit of the S Forum!
Thanks for posting this info. I feel a bit mean now as I went down to a local boatyard and gave the drawing to the main man - who said 'no problem'.
He 'phoned me up the following day!!! and said they were ready.
I picked them up last night after work, and he said 'I had to grub around for the high-tensile stainless...I've got to ask £30 for the pair!
Absolutely, blooming, brilliant...I've been thinking on a good 'fix' for this problem - here it is!
