It's me back again, the drives door window frame does not aline with the screen surround, the passenger side is OK, good gap approx 1/8th inch but drivers side 1/8th at screen bottem but widens to 3/8th at top, causes 'whistle at speed. Now I'am a Building Surveyor so should need simple adjustment too rotate the whole assemlbley within the door structure, but, i'am sure its not that simple or it would have already be done already??? (1993 car).

Any ideas guy's or is it just best to increase the volume on the cd player.

Often happens.
If youre sure that the hinge alignment is OK then the 'repair' is quite easy.

Get hold of the ali frame top and bottom, place your knee somewhere in the middle and bend it back to the right shape.

First time I saw a dealer do this I was more than surprised. Having seen several do it now it must be TADTS....

Are you sure|| sounds a bit brutle to me, the door gaps are fine. What about the glass surley bending the alli frame will leave the gap then between glass / frame?. Did have a look at the frame mount to door not perfectlty flat with the rubber seal, almost as if tightning the lower bolts would rotate the whole assembly, looked it the file recieved with the car and noticed a rquest from previus owner for this to be rectified, if it's so simple why was it not done.
