Is it owned by someone on here? Do we know the car / its history?

I'm tempted to go have a look, it would be the first one I've looked at, but would very much depend on money.

Hi its mine thats up for sale, as I have described its been properly fettled and the advice from the guys on here has served me well so a big big thank you to everyone who has helped me. I am 90% certain I want to sell her but as we know these cars get under your skin and its not that easy to let go, especially given the hours I have spent, laid, crouched, hunched and squashed over and beneath it!! But you don't need me to tell you what is involved in owning an S. Its been a real labour of love and if it doesn't sell it will continue to be.

Lots of interest but not giving it away would sooner keep it as its value will only go one way.

I get the feeling that you really want to keep that beauty.
Or do you feel that you've done all you can & now you've got a tinkering void?
You've got all summer ahead to enjoy the ftuits of your labour, just get out there & enjoy it. If you want to do a bit of fettling over the close season, get a less than perfect example to play with. It wouldn't cost the earth, look at Tony Tank & his Wedges.
For myself, I'd rather be driving than laying under it, but that's just me.

Update on my car, reserve not quite made so no sale on this occasion. Over 100 watchers and 1400 views so it attracted a fair bit of interest. Anyone seriously interested in buying her from me drop me a PM. Also some other BREAKING NEWS I see GERALD has now appeared on the bay another nice 'sorted' S for anyone in the market for one.
