Hi Guys, I am going to change the old pitted cap for one of the shiney new ones mentioned on here. I have a couple of questions for anyone who has already done it. 1) To remove the assembly it looks like you remove the 4 phillips screws visible when you open the cap. Mine just turn and turn as if they have a nut on the back or are stripped. I cannot feel a nut from inside the boot. Any ideas? 2) Part of the old cap has to be refitted to the new one - namely the seal assembly. On the old one the cap has been flattened (like a rivet) to secure the seal assembly. The new one is stainless steel(?) and I assume hard to flatten. I am looking for ideas on this one, I considered the obvious clips but dont want one coming loose and falling into the tank. What have other owners used?
Thanks, Steve.

Nuts are hidden by stuck on carpet trim you just need to peel away to get a 10mm(?) spanner on the nuts they are nylocs and will drop and disappear if your not careful - buggers to put back on. I wish I had bought new Stainless bolts 2) Part of the old cap has to be refitted to the new one - namely the seal assembly.
