Pre-Christmas PH London pub crawl

Irish ...just a preliminary suggestion, but I've suggested a potential 18 hole course below. As each of the holes is in sight of water then it means we could even classify this as a "Links" course (yes, I know that the Thames and West India Quay don't really count as seafront!!!)

As previously mentioned, each hole (i.e. pub) is a pint and each time your lips touch the glass is a stoke. If you have a half rather than a pint, then that's considered playing from the ladies tee!!!

11am for bacon butties in the clubhouse (aka “Chez Hughsie”) ....then off to the 1st tee........

(1) 12.00pm - Captain Kidd (Wapping High Street)
(2) 12.25pm - Town of Ramsgate (WHS)
(3) 12.50pm - Prospect of Whitby (Wapping Wall)
(4) 1.20pm - Narrow Street Pub & Dining Room (was the Barley Mow / Narrow St)
(5) 1.45pm - Booty's (Narrow St)
(6) 2.00pm - Grapes (Narrow St)
(7) 2.25pm - Jamie's (Westferry Circus)
(8) 2.50pm - Bar 38 (West India Quay)
(9) 3.10pm - 1802 (West India Quay)

...then Jubilee Line to London Bridge for the “back 9”.

(10) 4.15pm - The Horniman (Hays Galleria)
(11) 4.45pm - The Old Thamessde Inn (Clink St)
(12) 5.30pm - The Anchor (Bankside)
(13) 6.00pm - The Founders Arms (Hopton St nr. Tate Modern)
(14) 6.30pm - Doggett’s Coat and Badge (Blackfriar’s Bridge)
(15) 7.35pm - The Queen Mary (Waterloo Pier, Victoria Embankment)
(16) 8.15pm - The Walkabout (Temple)
(17) 9.00pm - Motion (Victoria Embankment)
(18) 9.30pm - Tatershall Castle (Victoria Embankment)

I have been asked to clarify that any chundering (be it tactical, uncontrollable, or unintentional) will carry a 2 stroke penalty.

....so Beeston and Oggs beware as we will be watching you!!!!

Slight issue here chaps, what happens if you don't drink beer/lager?????? A pint of Wine or Brandy etc might not get me very far....Are we taking Mulligans??!!
