wheels refurbs

Hey,
Guys i have a set of chrome rims that i need refurbed in london or the midlands. They are HRE and idealy i would like them rechromed but if thats not possible it would be good if they were stripped down and the centres done in black and the rest done in a polished finish. I was wondering how they do this and if anyone has any reccomendations for places that would do this aswell as guesstimates on how much its gunna cost me?
