Keep away from the North Circ the rest of the weekend until Monday morning. Roadworks have closed the flyover by Angel road causing the whole of the area to become gridlocked. LBC reporting 4 hour delays from around Palmers Green to Chingford. Knock-on delays in Tottenham and Walthamstow not helped by Ferry Lane being closed for hours this afternoon because of a serious accident by Blackhorse Rd station.
