Spring Bank Holiday FunRun - 29th May

Following on from Wendy's 'NO SHAFTO'S MEET PLANNED FOR MAY' thread.

Lunch time meet at Shafto's. Then set off at 2PM for a 2 hour run out pastHigh Force to Alston and onto Derwent Reservoir.

Anyone fancy a FunRun???

Are you suggesting A66 / Stanhope or coming up North on the A1 and heading up the A686 and back round? as I'm sure you know, I know the roads up there quite well! In fact, if we head up the A66 towards Alston, play around for a bit and then back towards Hexham I know of a great pub we could partake in a bevvy or two! Then its onto the A69 along to the A1 and south again

No nothing like that. This is interesting curly drivers roads but I'm not publishing any details here.

You don't have blue neons underneath it do you?

Sorry selmer........with a 5.7 350ci chevy v8 circa 350bhp it does not leave a lot of room for anything else

No, the reason I asked is because a Cobra (or replica) pulled up the other evening complete with 427 block and blue neons. I didn't think it really 'fitted' with the whole image of that particular motor. When I saw your profile I wondered if it might be you. No offence.
