Speaking of 'pots', we often get 4-pots, 6-pots, 8-pots, even the odd 10-pot, 12-pot and occasional 5-pot!

Hi Ian, I'll be there, I'll bring the wife so she can have a wander around the shops. John

Not able to come now, for obvious reasons. John

Any old reason eh!

Seriously though, get well soon, etc.

What time are people generally getting there?

From 10am, it peters out about 12-1 pm as a rule. Some people have a drive out afterwards.

Not bad at all, about the same as last time, numbers-wise. 28 cars, some nice stuff included, as usual with Denby meetings.

A 530 bhp 996 turbo, a Cerbera 4.5 Red Rose, 7 Lancer Evolutions (thank you to the guys from the lancerregister who turned up en mass with a wall of turbocharged noise and boosted our numbers nicely ).
Also a nice Audi 3.2 TT, a lovely yellow Corvette Stingray from 1969, a few BMW sporty diesels and of course the CSL which went out as a taxi 3 times. Hopefully those who came out enjoyed the 3246cc screamer.
Seeya next time. Thanx for coming.

The Stingray was indeed very nice, great value for anyone wanting something very different to modern European stuff, at £10K too.
Depreciation zero, so fuel costs don't really matter.

I had one from exactly the same year (1969), but in red.

What would make it even better would be if more of the regular Tuesday crowd showed when Denby comes around.
Most of the meet tend to be medium-distance travellers, several from Lincoln, Birmingham and Yorkshire were there.

Actually we went on Friday, thinking that it would still be nice and quiet with the kids at school.

VETERANS DAY HOLIDAY!

AAARRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Had to pay masses for 'preferred parking' to avoid an hour's queue just to park!
