Pistol, I dont remember you telling everyone that you left the water cap off the TIV this morning and you were haveing a little turkish bath when you arrived at my house.

Got a bit over enthusiastic on the bend. Back end stepped right out & banged my head off the glass(TVR's don't you just luv em). Managed to catch it & went home to change my pants

The journey you made is a pretty dire one at the best of times, what with negotiating London and a closed M1 at the weekend, as it has been recently over several suburban junctions.

Thanks for making the trip and i hope you liked the spin in the CSL even if you aren't very fond of BMWs!

I wish I'd remembered about this meet yesterday as I was over that way for lunch at the Bear Inn in Alderwasley.

I'd recommend it as a good place to meet up for a cracking Sunday Lunch (booking would be necessary) - large car park and possibly the best carvery I've ever had plus they serve decent beers as well.
