First one of the new year
Meet Brueton Park for a 7.30pm start for a 30 mile drive and a meal.
Details of venue to follow but probably The Bird in Hand - Henley in Arden. Extensive menu and less expensive than some of our venues.

Please let me know if you are coming

You're clashing with the Coventry meet at the Windmill.

I went on Phil's event, always have done, he tends to find some really great roads, Its not just a pub meet.
Winter is never as much fun though for obvious reasons...

I seem to remember 5 cars on the drive and a further 5 meeting us at the Pub for the meal being as the weather turned out to be worse than expected...

Sadly the dates do clash, but I've gone to these events for the last 4/5 years so unlikely to change.

Phil, do your Drive & Dine Meets always happen on the 2nd Tues of the month?

Always second Tuesday of the month unless its a bank holiday or we are on holiday.
We had 6 cars on the drive and 18 people turned up for a meal - some drove straight to the venue because of the weather.

That's a pity, we decided on the 2nd Tuesday for the Coventry Meet only because it fitted in with most people's other committments.

Still as you say yours is much more than a Pub Meet so the clash won't matter too much.

Might be an idea for the new cov and warwickshire group to attend this drive and dine one month?

Sometimes people join just for the drive and then have a drink prior to leaving, others stay for something to eat.
I can recommend them especially during the summer .

Great!

As I have posted elsewhere, the Coventry Windmill Meet is just a hub for the area as PH activity in this area seems to run out of steam pretty quickly.

The idea behind this push is to get more people attending all the events in the midlands and make our region a bit healthier.

I'm up for a Drive & Dine too!
