It was suggested at the monthly meet that this would be a good idea.

However some people are working hard up to Xmas and others are on holiday.

So at this stage can you just indicate you interest and when you would prefer out of: -

1st week of december
Between Xmas/New Year
New Year

Great idea, can do anytime - but as already said, if you want if before Xmas, need to book fast - if you can get anything now anyway.......

We're not available after the 7th, so if it's going to happen it needs to be sorted soon if we're to be there.

Otherwise happy to do after Xmas...odd time, maybe, but will be a lot easier to find a table somewhere...

know what you're saying, will be difficult to get a table anywhere half decent and convenient for everyone, plus no doubt a lot of us will have other plans/dates being arranged now.

Just seen this, we will be a tentative yes, dependant on dates and times decided, so will wait for a decision, I know I am working 3 days over Xmas/new year.
(Voting: new year or early Dec.... or between Xmas and new year if it's at night)
