Just to let anyone currently unaware know, that within the Denby January '07 thread there is another meeting arranged on the date above.

Just over a week away now, there's a nice indoor eatery if it's too cold/wet!

I will wander over too, there aren't many places to visit where I can get there and back on less than a gallon.

What time do folks start to show up?

10am on, Warren.

That's 3 in that group, car chic, we should have 20 or more despite the dullish weather forecast.

Last one.
Have a read, Boosted.
The 4 Denby meets i have arranged to date have been well attended, not so much in the quantity of cars (30-ish per meet) but there has always been some top machinery on show.

One of the guys who made the trip from Croydon. The three of us had quite a nice run out in the CSL afterwards, although the rain hindered serious progress!

Hi Chaps, Oli here the driver of the AX from Croydon. Nice to meet some of you, some lovely cars on show. Shame it took five hours on the return journey!

Regards,

The journey you made is a pretty dire one at the best of times, what with negotiating London and a closed M1 at the weekend, as it has been recently over several suburban junctions.

Thanks for making the trip and i hope you liked the spin in the CSL even if you aren't very fond of BMWs!

I really liked the Citroens i have owned. They include AX GT, Visa GTI, BX 16-Valve and three 2CVS.

I have just bought a grey 1957 2CV (375cc) which i am hoping to get nice for the summer.
