Thanks for the replies. Everyone, in any type of car most welcome.
This would be an extra meet for those who are interested and for those, like me, who would like to meet up locally.
I'm going to make the suggestion of the Route 5 diner on the last Saturday of the month, I don't think that clashes with anything else. Maybe meet from 09:00? (It's open from 0700).
What does everyone think?

I agree this is a good idea, though cannot make this month's Saturday. I would suggest an evening meet, especially whilst we still have light evenings. (Wednesday or Thursday works for me!)could vary it each month, going St Eval, Dartmoor and exmoor on different months.
Good work on organising!

Saturdays are often difficult plus we use the Haynes breakfast meet as our local breakfast meet.
Happy to join in with meets, but Sat wont work with me as i have kids
I'd rather do a Thursday evening at a pub !
There is a group meets at the Red Lion in Shobrook near Crediton on the last Thurs of every month. Just a stare at cars and a bite to eat in the pub from about 7pm onwards.Happy to join in with meets, but Sat wont work with me as i have kids

I've seen some oddities up there, 1939 Rolls, Ferraris, immaculate Lada, Cavalier convertible, TVR, etc etc
Look for rlcarbikenight on FB.

Call in on your way down......?
Any date is always going to clash with something else, that's the problem.....
Exeter is up for me not down lol.Any date is always going to clash with something else, that's the problem.....
But I'll be in Wiltshire for 10ish and probably not get back home until 6pm ish so I doubt I'll be at the June one but I like the idea of a meet that isn't an hour from me

I'd be up for this for sure.
There is a meet already held at route 5, it's on Facebook 'coffee and classics Devon', I think it's 3rd Sunday of the month, but could be wrong.
It's had a very good turnout so far.
Anyway I'd be up for a meet whenever I'm not working on a Saturday
I looked up their facebook page. Good luck to them but as it is pre 1985 motors only, that's me out (I'm 1990).There is a meet already held at route 5, it's on Facebook 'coffee and classics Devon', I think it's 3rd Sunday of the month, but could be wrong.

I'm suggesting a meet for all Marques of all ages. I'm just as interested in something 36 months old as well as something 36 years old.
I'll be there on the last Saturday morning of the month for a tea, toast and a chat (I'm my 1990 TVR), hope you can join me.
So:
Last Saturday of each month. This month, 25th June. Route 5 Diner. 0900 to 1100. All Marques, any age. The only criteria is an interest in cars and an open mind to appreciate others' choice of wheels.
Who'll join me? A free cup of tea/coffee to the first three. There's an offer you can't refuse!
