What is the dB limit at CC for this event please Yellow?
Think its 100dbYellow Fever said:
As with all the cars, the Lambo is on track subject to passing a noise test and yes, you CAN drive it up and down on the road outside the circuit flat stick all day quite legally, but you CAN'T drive it on a motor racing circuit if it's a bit noisy.
Wot is the price for a passenger ride

It depends on what you're in. There will plenty of stuff at £20 and £25 for a 5-lap ride, and then in £5 steps up to £60 for a ride in a Radical which is guaranteed to change your view of the universe and also to make you willing to sell your soul to get a Radical. If you come along with £25 (£5 to get in and £20 for a ride) you will get the best day out you will ever get for that money. Add another £5 and the Autosolo Stig will throw you around in a hot Autosolo run.
Final tip, sometimes, later on in the day and as fewer cars are running, we just go to a single (low) 'lucky dip' price where we put you in the next car to come into the garage. Some people have had some bargain rides this way BUT you don't get to choose.

I have a 2013 RS4 Avant that I'd happily ride people around the track in for the day
Let me know if you need, and how it works etc
Love to be involved and a charity close to heart too
Thank you Graeme, that's a kind offer. Entry is by invitation only and I'll PM you to discuss.Let me know if you need, and how it works etc

There are many ways to help; as a driver; as a volunteer on the day; organising (next year's) event or by simply turning up for a terrific day out with some money to spend. They all contribute and all need to happen to keep this event running and donating to the Stroke Association.

I PM'd you on Friday
I have a friend interested in giving rides in his E90 BMW M5
He is an experienced driver of Castle Coombe and I think his car would be very popular
For those interested in becoming a proper motorpsort competitor for the first time, your opportunity to take part in the Bristol Motor Club event running in the paddock is described here: http://www.bristolmc.org.uk/Pre-event/SSSLC_promo....
We've made it into the national press! With thanks to Marcus Pye and Anthony Reid for their help.

Sadly Rick Rowles' Honda is withdrawn due to severe electrical problems and we are delighted to substitute a 1964 Ferrari 250GT Lusso! The car is in 'Targa Florio' endurance racing trim with a cage installed and represents a unique opportunity to get a circuit ride in an incredibly rare and beautiful Ferrari. We are extremely grateful to the owner for his generosity.
Here is the actual car, at Castle Combe:

Hopeing to make it as long as its not raining
As ive never been before wot do we do for parking
We've weather-proofed the event as much as we possibly can. You can sign up for a ride and wait to get in a car, all indoors. You get into and out of the car inside a garage. The Tavern Cafe is open all day with plenty of seats, so whatever the weather it doesn't really affect visitors to the event. Other than making your hot laps on track even more exciting As ive never been before wot do we do for parking

If your Mrs wants to go shopping in the rain, do you tell her you can't go because it's raining? Thought not! So why not turn out to do something you will really enjoy and which generates money for charity because it might drizzle a bit? Man up people!
If PH people would like to park together in the paddock area we can do that for you - just let me know roughly how many you will be and we will reserve you parking right in the middle of the action. PM me asap please.
ALL parking is through the 'Competitors Entrance' next to Circuit Motors (the petrol station). In thru the gate and turn right for PH and other club parking or left for general public parking. Avon Rise and Quarry are great places to watch but if you park over there you are missing out on the paddock action and the BMC Autosolo action and might feel a bit left out
We have dedicated Drift Crew sessions - that is full Drift action - at 11:00 and 2:15 but in order to book a ticket and get your free loan helmet, you need to get there at least an hour before. Like everything else, it's all 'first come, first served' and there is no pre-booking at all.
Thanks to all PHers for your terrific support over many years for this unique event. The Stroke Association really appreciates you turning up and donating money for circuit hot laps and I hope you all have a great time again this year. Please bring all your mates!
Don't take this as gospel, but a bit of Googling...
For the 2012 event Castle Combe stated that "Normal passenger ride terms + conditions will apply."
And from elsewhere on their site, those terms are:
Any passenger must be over 16 years or 5’2” and seated in the front passenger seat. No rear passengers allowed.
