Just got my car back...

I'm very pleased with the results!
To cut a long story short, when I bought her back in October, the main stealer agreed to sort the stone chips. This dragged on and didnt get done and in the end they sent me a paint stick so I could do them myself!...only it was the wrong colour
As a consequence they had the car in and their "paint man" attempted to sort it...by grinding the arse out of the bonnet to get the paint off. He got rid of the wrong colour paint alright...but left massive ground in holograms
It went back in for a second attempt which tbh wsnt much better. In the mean time Ian did a test patch for me so I could show the difference (i.e. to what it should have been). I took the car in again for a face to face with the dealer and the paint man. He was all set to work on my car...in the car park, from his Transit with a long extension lead back into the building!!! He didnt see my problem but luckily the dealer did. In fact the "paint man" even suggested that the holograms could be waxed over and they would be fine
Anyhow we agreed that I would sort it from here - hence Ian at Demon - and the stealer would give my car its next service FOC
Soooooo...
- Body detailing: machine polish and wax
- Brake calipers powder coated black and hubs painted black
- Roof cleaned and proofed for winter
- Black trim and rubbers taken back to black
...oh...and wheels refurbed courtesy of Lepsons (or whatever they are called these days)

He's a good bloke is Ian and helped me a great deal in sorting the dealer out

He has now moved in behind Neil Garner's unit (sharing the space behind) and his office is at the front of Neil's unit.
He has also kindly given me another 10% off voucher so if anyone is thinking of having some work done then please drop me a PM if you want it. Do me us a favour though, only take the voucher of you are going to use it as I'v given 4 out before and only 1 has been used. It means that some peeps who wanted a voucher after I had given it away dipped out. Oh...and it has to be usd within a couple of months too
