Spraying in the Bristol area...

Don't laugh but I have a purlescent silver or grey Escort estate with a mismatched colour on the bonnet. I want it sprayed the same as the rest of the car - anyone know a reasonably priced place around Bristol.

Secondly, are those old style silver-on-black number plates illegal? Someone mentioned they were earlier but I don't recall seeing anything about this...

Shame about the numberplate though as silver / black would have looked good. The car is 23 years too new though...
