Saw an unmarked dark blue Focus ST pulled someone over on the M25 just past Reigate Hill - Beware people

Silver Skoda Octavia vRS saloon. In layby on A3. Going southbound just after Liss/ Hilliers garden centre run on.

Had pulled someone I think, lights flashing.

Only a few junctions down from Liphook, moneys on the same one.

Out of interest. What is the most common reason for an unmarked traffic cop pulling you over?

Out right speed? Dangerous/ bad driving? Suspicions? Or just a mixture?

56 Plate white Focus estate - Bridge Road Southampton (Slightly tinted but with the flashers kind of flushed into the bumpers). First spotted it ages ago but i think it lives at the Hamble Training College, there is also a Black Focus estate in Lowford but does have the dogs sign on the back, nether the less, still looks stealth and definatly BiB.

Silver Focus ST spotted on the A23, ~6pm, just after the Pyecombe slip road going South (By the road side cafe) with blues and two's on. Had stopped some guy First time i've seen it in the flesh.
