Oooh, new one spotted on the A23 this morning.

Light metallic blue Jag X Type with one of those 'Starsky & Hutch' stylee lights that stick on the roof. Didnt get the reg but it looked a couple of years old.

Keep um peeled smile

Although not on the South Coast, i did see the most comical unmarked BiB car ever a few weeks ago. I got stuck in traffic heading South on the Old Kent Road and there it was, Blue's and Two's on the wrong side of the road, absolutly hammering it's way towards New Cross, a dark Blue Transit van with a fence panel on the roof! It was soooooo funny that i stalled the car in a fit of laughter! It was quality, you would never have spotted it otherwise! laugh

You sure it wasn't just some nutter legging it from the real BiB? You do get some characters (read retards) around that area.

Saw an E60 5-series touring heading into Bournemouth today, looked dark grey or dark blue (a dark colour at least! hehe) with behind the grill blue lights and the like flashing.

Was tempted to give him a cheery wave as i went past but thought that may give him the wrong idea :/

That car's been pounding this beat for a while, wasn't just a Manc dibble who decided to stretch his jurisdiction laugh

Strange? I've heard a couple of suggestions why that's the case but I don't give either of them enough credence to publish them on here. Might just be down to supplying dealer (loads of Portsmouth's Skoda taxis are registered in the midlands/ north east)?

Could just be that unmarked cars are swapped around to prevent people remembering what they look like.
Precisely to stop this sort of thread I guess! hehe

Definatly BiB unless someone got hold of some real Met uniforms... Actually, open to debate, that's probably quite possible in South london...

That was one of the suggestions. But MX05 (and the other Octavias) have been with Hants long enough to dismiss that idea IMO; unmarked cars can transfer around the county for anonymity without needing to head oop north or wherever.

Same one i think also pulled a Rangie when you change from the A23 to the A27, at the bottom of the slip road when joining the 27. Yesterday at about half 6.

Saw a Blue Audi A3/S3? With blues & twos on flying down the twisties down to Forest Row.

A few seconds later a red newish Focus with the blues on the roof not active though.

Odd...
