One of these this morning at the bottom of the A23 (seemed a little darker in colour in the flesh/metal)

Reg was GF60 ***
I could be entirely wrong, but I don't think Sussex have any unmarked X5s.
Guess who was back again this morning? Tugged someone at Pyecombe (but was facing northbound).
+1...With a Silver 3 series in front of the car pulled. Was heading North at the time biggrin

We must have passed each other (like ships in the night etc)

Dark blue E60 tourer heading into Portsmouth (must have been some sort of incident as I met several cars heading that way with lights on) at 2am at Mach 2 down the M27.

I frequently pass a Red S4 Saloon coming south on my way up the A23, I assume it's probably you but not been able to positively identify :P

Joined the A3(M) northbound at Waterlooville mid-afternoon today, directly behind a dark 1-series with blues active. The flashing lights looked to be embedded within the rear clusters, making it a tricky spot when not on a call.

Saw Focus ST Black with grey stripes. Headlights flashing and a little blue beacon on top fly down the A24 yesterday. Very discreet.

Also saw an silver Audi A4 3.0TDI quattro Saloon in SE trim in Brighton yesterday having pulled a car. PV59 WDR. Blues were all incorporated into existing lighting units, making it very hard to spot.

Yes they are hard to spot, but did your get a look at the wingmirrors? rofl

I think they must swap the plates and tax discs on the Audis but can't confirm that...

I'm sure they do. I see the 2 silver ones fairly regularly, they are probably Brighton based, and I'm think the last 3 letters of the reg changes subtly every so often.

Really? Thats so sneaky! I've seen them in Crawley and Brighton before, more so in Brighton though.

Also forgot to mention the grey BMW X5 that pulled me over last week, didn't get a reg though, just noticed it was the 3.0d not the 3.0sd. Easily outrun in other words. wink

Blue lights, very easy to spot if the car is behind you. They've been getting loads of motorcyclists though!

Nah I think it was a different one. Well I didn't spot it anyway. Were decent enough coppers in it anyway.

Had pulled a van, discreet lights ablaze, on the hard shoulder near Bolney. Officer out of car speaking to the driver.
