Caught up to and passed a load of MK1 MR2's on the A4212 heading towards Bala this morning then a load of MX5's passed in the other direction near Loggerheads on the A494. I was heading home after a weekends hoon around North Wales

Mycarcheck brings back nothing apart from 1997 and it is a 3496cc.

There is something I need a lecture on. While I was in Alderley last Saturday, a strange Lotus went past. There is no picture as a BlackBerry SmartPhone can't take motion shots, which is why all the spots were parked. But while sat at The Bubble Room, a silver Lotus Evora went past. Well, I thought it was an Evora until I noticed it had 4 rear lights. It was defiantly Evora bodied, but most of it had been replaced. The front was different, the lights were different, the arches were different, it also said "Lotus" on the back, in a very suiting font. It looked almost like a future prototype. My guess is that it was either a really oddly modified Evora, or a kit car - doubt this, the build didn't look suiting. It was very long, had black wheels and black tinted windows.

Also, anyone else seen anything decent around Alderley / Wilmslow recently?

Sounds a bit like it could be the Venom GT? Do a google image search for that.

If so very rare spot and you need a detention for not getting a photo.

Saw a nice red Ferrari 550 with a 550* number plate last week, parked outside a place in Warrington where it'd obviously gone for some work done.

And then afterwards, leaving my meeting, saw it being joined by another Ferrari, this time a 512TR - you don't see them ever day.

Thought it was a Testarossa at first.

Wasn't going particularly fast, just middle lane keeping up with traffic.

A black 458 sat on the eastbound hard shoulder of the M62 about 15 minutes ago between J8 and J9. It seemed to be listing to port so I'm guessing it's got a flat tyre.
