Cheers Lee for organization. was a good 'un......
No problem. I was amazed at the turnout, I expected 3 or 4 cars and 6-8 people! I guess next time we should meet somewhere and then drive to another place so we get to see each others cars in action? Maybe the Trafford Centre and then lunch at The Romper (which I will book next time based on the turnout this time! ).
Anyway, now I've broken the ice for myself by meeting a few PHers I suspect I will be attending a few more events, if only to meet more TVR-driving chicks!
I must agree, a most enjoyable way to kill a few hours. Was lovely to hear those carbon cans again on the good Doctor's Tuscan, and am looking forward to seeing the Tuscan S again, it should be fully run in by the next meeting
Everyone else, was a pleasure seeing you all again, or meeting you for the first time. Hopefully, next month, there'll be all 3 of us "Pugs' " attending, although not in the Chim !!
See ya all soon, and Roadsweeper......thanks for organising it.

Good turn out, the TVR's looked great sitting in the car park, but I didnt get to see them in the tunnels, did they go for a run eventually? me and nonegreen and pwig wandered off for a drive.
Very very nearly almost kept up with the 911, was chuffed about that, of course, we both had to defer to the almighty, all conquering awesome superiority of the 'above all, its a Rover'.
Ian Hislop?...wish I had a quid...etc

Nahhhhhh!!!!! You all missed the best bit when andy43 turned up in his sports exhaust green Griff! And then, when all but the black Tuscan S had gone, we went through the tunnels twice. I couldn't hear my engine/exhaust for Satan's sphincter (after a chicken Phall) in front . Holy mother of God !!!!!! I couldn't believe the sheer violence of the noise Andy. I nearly had a case of brown trouser just having to listen to it!
Went round Cheshire a bit afterwards and saw a couple more Chims out havin' fun. I agree, we perhaps should do a drive either before or after (or both!) the Romper so that we can enjoy each others more 'dynamic' company...... even if its just for pwigs benefit in his Granddadmobile . Pwig, did you really spend that much on Insurance man!? Surely could have got an 'S'?
Really enjoyed meeting up again. Nice to see some of the same faces as last time (L'il pugs, R9TUS, Jessica, chim450, nonegreen etc) as well as some newbies. That black Tuscan S is a mean 'mo fo' of a car. Loved the Tamora and its reg. But definitely hankering after your T350 Gav.... in Halcyon Atlantis of course
Felt bad afterwards coz my car must have been the muckiest there. So gave her a good wash when I got home and cleaned the leather and Ambla, err vinyl .Then took some piccies for my profile.
As we Mancs say....
Top one Roadsweeper!

Yep looks like PWIGGYS car tarting days are over. When we got back from driving most of the roads in Cheshire without any detection on them he was heard to say
"The TVRs would not have kept up with us"

Blummin' kids!! I had it all planned... (thats the closest to a baby bottle smiley) the twins at 11 and 11.30 then get out for 12.30 at the latest. No chance. Still, got to meet ricardinho and jessica, and see a half empty carpark still containing some very nice machinery inc. the star of the show - Tuscan S in black mica - very very very although the old couple looking at it were asking 'when they stopped making them?' If you thought black wheels wouldn't suit a black car, you need to see that Tuscan - AWESOME
First time my griffs been compared to someones ae tho', even if it is Beelzebub himself , have to admit after saying I'd just pootle through the tunnels, after the first few yards I thought it'd be rude not to give it some beans right up to 50 mph or so Not sure the other tunnel users were quite ready for it tho' - think a couple of 'em thought they were on the runway rather than underneath it at one point
Ricardinho - that is one tasty Chim - to see it tanking past (at 50 mph m'lud) was ace - sounded nice (but I was coasting in neutral in mine ) - hope you enjoyed your trip out to Cheshire - I went back 'the long way round' in the end too, through Alderley Edge via some back roads then back down the A34 - if there's a next time, I'll be on time and the kids'll have to starve!!

Appreciate the comments guys. The beast is now back at Gorners for its 1000 mile service (in only 10 days ) and I should be able to open her up a lot more next time we meet. Definitely would be cool to see/hear everyones cars in action. Will post some pics of the car when it gets back.
