Hi there,

I'm new to the site. Can I join in on Sunday? I live just east of York so Helmsley's on my doorstep. My car's a red 964 C2 and needs a good run out.

I'm afraid not Rich. Working this weekend prior to heading off to Spain for the annual blast.

Yes it's a suction mount. You'll need to keep the blower off and turned to something other than window demist otherwise the sound is overwhelmed by the sound of blowing air.

Will you be frequenting Burriana Beach again this year John? If so, you'll notice a little internet cafe just over the road from Ayo's ... feel free to drop us a line

Quite possibly Al. We have a longer stay near Granada this year and the track time has been changed to two morninig sessions rather than a single full day so we have time a plenty. MrsS has been busily hunting the map for what looks like fun roads and many head in that general direction .

Right, just south of Granada, only a few miles is the turn off to "Otivar". It is a bit tricky to spot and I missed it the first time, but you MUST find this road. It runs right down through the mountains and comes out near Almunecar.

the start of it:

half way down:

enjoy!

Nice choice of roads, but won't they be full of cotton wool heads at that time/day?

Not like you'll be setting the roads on fire, but it can get to a pretty relaxed pace up there, or do you get off the main roads a fair bit?

Decisions decisions!

Should be there for this one

After meeting a few of the NY TVR lot the other week, I'm happy that they are very friendly and clearly slightly mad, so I think I'll fit in well!

I'll be the slightly lost looking one in a Blue Tuscan

The first year we had 10mph pea soup fog, last year we had 9' banks of snow and had to alter the route because roads were impassable, this year we appear to have rain. I wonder what next year will bring.
