Malton meet photo thread

Hi,
Not massively sure tbh - it was running flat out most the run over for about half an hour, so really wasnt enjoying it much keeping with the GT2 and lambos etc. And a few miles before arriving it just seemed to shoot oil everywhere, it looks like it's just shot the filler cap off and lost a bit of oil, the oil level seems to still be quite reasonable, and it was only serviced last week where they 'struggled to read the oil level'..I suspect that it may have been over filled and when the oil is running that hot it's just expanded and too much pressure on the filler cap. Hopefully not too much damage will have been caused..

Was a cracking meet and well worth the ~140mile trip from stoke, was nice to see people interested in my little yellow beast with so much more exotic metal around!
T33JOB, i was with the renaultsport guys/gals standing as your convoy went past tadcaster services. One of the best sights/sounds of the day.

A great day but that F430 replica in blue with the plate F3KEM or whatever, I didn't think it looked TOO bad a replica but how on earth does he have the guts to drive through a place with cars like this in an MR2 replica!!!! I'd have gone red with embarrasment if i'd have done it. Why not just have an MR2 as there is nothing wrong with them in their own right.
I'm ashamed to admit I didn't instantly spot it was a replica when I was sifting through the photos.![redface](/inc/images/redface.gif)

Great photos, the tyres on the BM are wrong need to be wider for the rim. Must be bad at handling!!
I think that's the 'fashion' - all the cool kids are doing it...![biggrin](/inc/images/biggrin.gif)

What was the story behind the chrome wrap Porsche - was it a marketing joke or something?
I was for sale on here for quite a while, complete with 'Bling baby bling' sun banner, suggesting either it didn't sell, or the new owner shares the same, er, taste...Pesty said:
me too. I also need that grey GT2 all the GT3 RSs' the red GT3 all the 964 and 993 turbos and obviously all the lamborghinis
and a few others
not many others do anything for meand a few others
quite like the 964 turbo though
I guess thats old age for you
also driving some of them rules them out as well
